Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Short answer: Not really.
Long answer: Every piece of Lumber gear is printed just for you. That means we don’t keep piles of extra stock sitting around. Unless your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or flat-out wrong—all sales are final.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually print and ship in 3–7 business days.
Add a few more days depending on where you live and whether the mail carrier feels like working that day.
Pro tip: Print-on-demand takes a little longer, but it’s worth it.

What if my item arrives damaged or messed up?

Send us an email at LumberHockeyClub@gmail.com within 7 days of getting your gear.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If we dropped the ball, we’ll fix it.

How do I know what size to order?

Use the size chart on each product page.
Between sizes? Got some extra bulk from beer league? Size up.
This ain’t a fashion show—it’s hockey merch. Comfort is king.

Who’s behind Lumber Hockey Club?

We’re a small, independent brand run by people who actually live the hockey lifestyle—not some marketing team.
Youth tourneys, beer leagues, hotel chaos, gear that stinks up the car—we’ve been there. This brand was built for that life.

Can I get custom or team gear?

Probably. Shoot an email to LumberHockeyClub@gmail.com with what you need and we’ll see if we can help. Team orders, tournaments, and locker room inside jokes are fair game.
